When you email us or book via Cal.com, we typically receive your name, email, and project details (optional phone). Note that Cal.com collects scheduling data under their own policy.

For analytics, we use Framer Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies and aggregated data like pages visited, time spent, browser/device, referrer, general location), Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools (anonymized search performance and sitemap data), and PostHog (advanced analytics in anonymous, cookieless mode that aggregates events, pageviews, and device info with no personal identifiers or default cookies).

How We Use Information

Personal data helps us respond to inquiries and improve services. Analytics data shows us how the Site is used so we can improve the experience. All in aggregated, non-identifiable form.

Information Sharing

We never sell or rent personal information. We share only with service providers like Framer, PostHog, Cal.com, Stripe, and DocuSign (all bound by confidentiality duties) or when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable security measures, including bank-grade encryption where applicable. No system offers absolute protection, so we carefully select reliable tools and review them frequently.

Retention

Analytics data is kept up to 24 months in aggregated form. Inquiries and emails are retained as needed for business reference, response history, and legal purposes with no fixed deletion period.
